外国語によるSNS相談　Consultation in foreign languages via SNS

フリーダイヤルに電話をかけることが難しい方は、Wi-Fi などインターネット回線を使って、SNSで相談することができます。相談方法は２つあります。
①Facebook Messengerによる相談
②独自のSNSシステムを使った『困りごと情報提供』

For those who have difficulty calling in our free-dial number, you can consult via SNS using Wi-Fi or any other means of internet connections. Basically , there are two ways to consult :
(1) Consultation via Facebook Messenger
(2) Consultation via “Comarigoto information dissemination” where we use our own social networking system

対応時間および言語（2021年4月時点）

• 毎週木曜日16～22時：英語、ネパール語　＋　日によって追加言語あり
• 毎週金曜日16～22時：英語、ベトナム語 、タガログ語 、ネパール語 、インドネシア語
• 毎週日曜日16～22時：英語、中国語、ベトナム語、ネパール語、インドネシア語（※第2、第4日曜日のみ対応）

SNS『困りごと情報提供』では、 何か困ったことがあった時に、どこにどういう相談支援先があるか、情報をお伝えします。チャットでやり取りすることができます。
メッセージを送ったら、だいたい48時間以内にお返事します 。
一人で悩まずに、気軽にご連絡ください。
このSNSは、高いセキュリティを保障するため、オリジナルのシステムを構築して運用しています。
